H1N1-GATE: Big Pharma, WHO crafted ‘organized panic,’ European health head claims
Drug firms collaborated with WHO officials to deliberately create a “campaign of panic” and a ‘false disaster’ over swine flu pandemic fears when one was not evident, top European health official Wolfgang Wodarg has indicated.
Wolfgang Wodarg, head of health at the Council of Europe, claims that the threshold for alert was deliberately lowered at the WHO, allowing a “pandemic” to be declared despite the mildness of the ’swine flu.’ That designation would force a demand for the vaccine, which was subsequently purchased by governments and health facilities and pushed on the public through a full-scale fear campaign in the media
Wodarg told Al Jazeera that:
“The WHO in collaboration with some big pharmaceutical companies and their scientists, re-defined pandemics and lowered the alarm-threshold. Those new standards forced politicians in most states to react immediately and sign marketing commitments for additional and new vaccines against “swine-flu” and spend billions of dollars to catch up.”
“Never before the search for traces of a virus was carried out so broadly and intensively, besides, many cases of death that happen to coincide with seropositive H1N1 lab-findings were simply attributed to “swine-flu” and used to foster fear.”
Wodarg is focusing on the motives for profit, as well as the ties between the World Health Organization (WHO), the pharmaceutical-industrial complex and research scientists, a nexus which Canada Free Press points out is eerily similar to the Climategate revelations that CRU research scientists fudged data to “hide the decline” in proxy temperatures in order to support global warming claims. Wodarg stated:
“A group of people in the WHO is associated very closely with the pharmaceutical industry.”
“The great campaign of panic we have seen provided a golden opportunity for representatives from labs who knew they would hit the jackpot in the case of a pandemic being declared.”
Wodarg has been backed by members in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) who voted unanimously on his resolution to investigate the matter. An emergency debate has been scheduled to begin later this month.

Is scanning your Naked Body Unconstitutional?
Gary D. Fielder is a constitutional and criminal lawyer of 20 years. Mr. Fielder has conducted over 350 jury trials, appeared in Federal District Court, and argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Fielder earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of San Diego in 1990.
Gary was mandated by the court to represent his client in the courthouse but he refused to be scanned by a body scanner under constitutional grounds that since he was not leaving the city and traveling between jurisdictions and since he had not violated any laws he had a right to not be scanned. The court deputies were surprised to see any dissident reaction since most people mindlessly follow orders and assume that is is legal. It isn’t. It was not approved by the people and Mr. Fielder demanded that they allow him to enter the courthouse.
He was told by deputies that he had a “choice” not to be scanned and could leave but the truth of the matter is he didn’t have a choice, it was mandatory to be scanned in order to enter the courthouse. Mr. Fielder believes his right to privacy was more important and that consent must be given by the person being scanned since it stores nude photographs of the people who enter the machine. Since consent was not given, the deputies had no right to scan the attorney but unlike travel situations where jurisdiction falls into the hands of the Federal Authorities, they had to let Mr. Fielder into the courthouse.
The deputies don’t realize that it is not a choice to go to court, it is required. They were to comply with his request, not the other way around. This police state style event is exactly what Mr. Fielder specializes in as a constitutional lawyer and he believes his interpretation of the situation should be thoroughly examined. Others are urged to do the same as Mr. Fielder.

A Short History of Globalism
Following the end of World War II, the individuals who controlled the greatest political and military power in Europe and North America quickly formed a shadow government. The leaders are virtually unknown individuals who, for the most part, have never been elected to public office in any country. They are known only to their associates in the ratified atmosphere of high finance, secret intelligence agencies, and senior military leadership, with a few former high-profile political leaders.
It might be difficult for an American citizen to fathom how a self-appointed group could achieve such power over world affairs. A brief comparison will help put this to perspective. Think for a moment about the global economic collapse in 2008. In an attempt by various national governments to reverse the slide, unprecedented amounts of money (trillions of dollars) were given in bailouts to banks, mutual funds, automakers, and major international corporations. And this was done largely without public debate, serious governmental oversight, or public reporting. We are witnessing a massive transfer of tax-payer funds to numerous private companies and organizations, most of whose leaders share a commitment to a global agenda.

Resent moves toward socialism by the U.S. Government are transferring America’s free-enterprise economy to the control of the federal government. We have witnessed a government takeover of Wall Street investment organizations, major U.S. banks, the mortgage finance industry, the auto industry, and numerous other areas of the economy. Not only do they now own a very large piece of these corporations, but they own a controlling piece. Only in a communistic country do governments what control of everything. A government that can provide everything is a government capable of taking everything.
THE BILDERBERG GROUP
It is one thing for nations to safeguard their people and their national integrity by forming a parallel government structure. But in Europe a self-appointed shadow government is busy setting up a framework that may be used as the basis of a world government. This secret European group, known as the Bilderbergers, has attracted elite members – notably financial, political, and military leaders – from every key nation: It is by far the most secretive of the private international councils working to achieve world government. In 1954 the political and financial leadership of postwar Europe gathered at the Hotel de Bilderberg in Oosterbeck, the Netherlands, to create the plans to solidify the relationships needed to unify the nations of Europe with United States. This confederation of European nations would form a new empire for the first time sense the days of ancient Rome. The group has been meeting sense 1945 in top-secret gatherings. Although they are known publicly as the Bilderbergers, the members call their group The Alliance. Strict rules prohibit members from discussing any plans, speeches, and policies outside their secret meetings.
The bilderberg Group was initially financed by the Central Intelligence Agency and organized by U.S. Army Gen. Walter Bedell Smith. Founding members included Colin Gubbins, head of British Intelligence; Stansfield Turner, director of the CIA; Henry Kissenger, former U.S. secretary of state; Lord Rothschild; and Lawrence Rockefeller. The Bilderbergers meet twice a year to consolidate their efforts to create the “United states of Europe” as well as to advance their ultimate plan for world government.
During the last few decades, the Bilderberg Group – along with powerful members of the globalist Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission – have consolidated their control of the military, the economy, and the political arena throughout the governments of America, Canada, Europe, and Asia. The globalist planners admit, “The public and leaders of most countries continue to live in a mental universe which no longer exists b- a world of separate nations – and have great difficulties thinking in terms of global perspectives and interdependence.” –Trilateral Task Force, 1977
The globalist elite realize that the vast majority of citizens love and support their own countries and will not easily give national sovereignty and independence. Fear is one motivator being used to break down loyalty to one’s country. President George H.W. Bush explained that global government could not be achieved unless some great international public crisis motivated the population to abandon their attachment to national sovereignty. He warned, “From chaos will emerge the New World Order.”

THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS
The Council on Foreign Relations was established following World War I in an attempt to ensure that the financial and political life of the United States and Britain would support a foreign policy in line with the two countries’ global interests. The organization has described its methods and goals as follows: “In speaking of public enlightenment, it is well to bear in mind that the Council has chosen as its function the enlightenment of the leaders of opinion. These, in turn, each in his own sphere, spread the knowledge gained here in ever-widening circles.”
The list of major, well-known corporate leaders, politicians, and media figures who are members of the council are staggering. And beyond membership in the Council on Foreign Relations, there is a subset of key players that claims interlocking membership in the Trilateral Commission as well as the Bilderberg Group, composed of key individuals from international banking and manufacturing corporations, high-ranking military leaders, powerful U.S. diplomats, and cabinet members. Few people make it into the inner circles of political power in Washington unless they have first served as invited members of the Council on Foreign Relations or the Trilateral commission.
The Council on Foreign Relations is committed to the elimination of national borders and National sovereignty. Its members advocate merging all nations into one centralized, unrivaled world government. Members of the council and their globalist allies in other nations have shaped the economic, foreign-relations, and defense policies of the United States, Britain, Germany, Canada, France, Japan for the last 90 years. The purpose of the CFR is to infiltrate the decision-making bodies of government, education, military, and the media. In doing so, they influence leaders in each key area to adopt and promote a globalist philosophy.
It has been publicly reported that Presidents Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton were members of the CFR. Most were also members of the Trilateral Commission. When an individual is elected president of appointed to the cabinet, he or she usually resigns from the Council and/or the Trilateral Commission while in office. They normally will resume their membership when they leave government service.
Presidential elections have been reduced to popularity polls because citizens are given only two major-party choices: Democrat Team A or Republican Team B. The teams wear different-colored sweaters, but the hidden management and ownership and players are virtually identical.
President Ronald Reagan’s administration included at least 225 members of the globalist organizations. George H. W. Bush’s administration was overwhelmingly represented by members of the two groups, including almost every member of the cabinet. When President Clinton took office, virtually every officer of his cabinet and subcabinet was drawn from members of these two globalist groups. The same situation existed during the eight years of George W. Bush’s administration. You’ve guessed it, same pattern has continued in the Obama administration.
THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION
The Trilateral Commission (the “three sides” being North America, Europe, and Japan) funds studies, networks hundreds of their people into the White House and the State Department, and builds relations with other one-world-government groups in Britain and Europe. Zbigniew Brzezinski, the national security advisor to President Jimmy Carter, and David Rockefeller – both key members of the Council on Foreign Relations- created the Trilateral Commission in 1973. The Commission’s declared purpose is to achieve “close trilateral cooperation” in “keeping the peace, managing the world economy,” “fostering economic development,” and alleviating “world poverty,” which “will improve the chances of a smooth and peaceful evolution of the global system.”
The nature and goals of the Commission became publicly known during President Carter’s administration. The news media discovered that many of Carter’s highest officials and cabinet members belonged to this group, including Carter himself, Vice President Walter Mondale, and CIA director Stansfield Turner.
For anyone who doubts the Commission’s continuing influence on Obama, consider that two weeks into his administration he already appointed no less than eleven members of the Commission to top-level and key positions in his Administration.
According to official Trilateral Commission membership lists, there are only 87 members from the United States (the other 337 members are from other regions). Thus, in less than two weeks after his inauguration, Obama’s appointments encompass more than 12% of Commission’s entire U.S. membership. Is this a mere coincidence or is it a continuation of dominance over the Executive Branch since 1976?

The Trilateral Commission has brought together powerbrokers from the military, politics, finance, and business from vital geographical spheres. The United States, Russia, China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and the European Union are now the dominant powers in key globalist groups. The Commission’s plan requires that the tree geopolitical super-powers (North Amer, Europe, and Japan) create a political, military, and economic alliance to dominate neighboring countries in their spheres. Once they consolidate geopolitical and military control in their respective regions, the final step will be to merge the three spheres into a one-world government.
Regardless of whether the White House is in the hands of Republicans or Democrats, the true power that rules America is concentrated in the hands of several thousand individuals who have been chosen from key areas of American society to join the globalist elite. They cannot hold primary allegiance to the U.S. Constitution and its principles of American sovereignty as an independent democratic nation.
THE NORTH AMERICAN UNION aka: THE SECURITY and PROSPERITY PARTNERSHIP
The effort began in 2005, yet there has been little national media coverage, no congressional hearings and no national debate over the most significant policy changes in American history. By most accounts, the Bush Administration had been operating in secret sense the beginning of his second term to establish what can only be described as a North American Union with Mexico and Canada, along the same lines as the European Union. If that happens it can only mean an eventual end to the U.S. Constitution as our ruling document, replaced instead with a new North American Government. It can and will eventually lead to the surrender of U.S. sovereignty, independence, and national borders. If current plans are fulfilled, it will result in the establishment of a North American currency called the “Amero,” as you well know just by watching you TV, the dollar is on its way out. Gone will be U.S. citizenship, as we will all be regarded as “North Americans.” Gone will be any kind of border control between the three nations of North America.
The official effort began on March 23, 2005, after a summit, held at (then) President Bush’s ranch in Waco, TX. It was attended by President Bush, (then) Mexican President Vicente Fox, and (then) Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin. The three leaders announced the signing of an agreement to create common policies concerning various economic and security areas among the three nations.
Officially, the term “North American Union” is not being used. Instead, the agreement authorized twenty tri-national “working groups” to establish the “Security and Prosperity Partnership” (SPP). The concept is being sold as simply a new framework within which the member nations can create free trade and security within the North American continent. However, based on working documents, the intent to create the North American Union is impossible to hide. The trilateral agreement, signed as a joint declaration, has not been submitted to Congress for review. There is no congressional oversight.

The White House has established the SPP office in the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) office in the U.S. Department of Commerce, where it has worked in virtual secrecy for four years. As the process proceeds, the SPP groups have not released public reports on their activities.
The working groups are now laying the foundation for a European Union-style integration of the North American continent. Throughout their documents the terms “convergence” “harmonization” and “integration” are used frequently to describe policy relationships with Mexico and Canada.
On March 13, 2008, a meeting was held at the U.S. State Department in Washington, D.C. to discuss integration of the U.S., Mexico and Canada with a move toward linking a North American community with the European Union. No members of Congress attended the meeting. Several participants of the meeting said the premise of the SPP is to create a North American business platform to benefit North America-based multinational companies the way the European Union benefits its own. They seek a “convergence” of administrative rules and regulations between Europe and North America. Again, participants seek to break down national borders and abandon national sovereignty.
Many SPP working groups appear to be driving toward achieving specific objectives as defined by a May, 2005 Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) task force report, which presented a blueprint for expanding the SPP agreement into a North American Union that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a new governmental form. The CFR report is entitled “Building a North American Community,” and is essentially a five-year plan for implementing the North American Union. Many Americans simply do not believe that the United States would voluntarily give up its sovereignty to a North American Union. Those who think this way naively believe that there will be a vote by the American people to decide. Wrong. The average America must understand that such actions are done incrementally, behind closed doors, until the plans are so far along that stopping them becomes nearly impossible. The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) was sold as a way for American producers to broaden their markets. So too, was the European Union sold to the proud, ancient nations of that continent. Today, in Europe, a new, socialist government rules them, complete with a ruling body, a new currency, a tax system, court system and a defense system — all the ingredients necessary for a government. According to the former president of Germany, today, 84% of that nation’s laws now come from the European Union.
Operating in secret, SPP working groups are efficiently laying the groundwork for a drastic change in the United States of America, away from our independent, sovereign nation to a form of corporate fascism, non-responsive to the will of the people. Once the North American Union is in place, we will then have to compromise our very unique nation of protected freedoms with the socialist nation of Mexico and with Canada – a satellite of the British Crown, where property rights, justice, economics and natural rights are not automatically recognized. Government decides. So long to your 1st & 2nd amendments. Actually say good-bye to the whole thing.
The Security and Prosperity Partnership is not a plan to simply help sell American goods to larger markets. It is not a plan to help keep our nation safer in a security partnership with Mexico and Canada. Securing our borders, not opening them, would do far more to accomplish that goal. The SPP is about creating a continental government which would eventually contain its own court system, its own ability to collect taxes (including some sort of military or police force) its own currency and its own governing body. The SPP is an invasion of our culture and our economy. It’s about the redistribution of American wealth and industry. It will represent the end of over 250 years of an historic experiment in freedom – unless Americans across the nation say no – now.

International Hearings Begin On “Falsified” Swine Flu Pandemic

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, a 47 nation body encompassing democratically elected members of parliament, has begun hearings to investigate whether the H1N1 swine flu pandemic was falsified or exaggerated in an attempt to profit from vaccine sales.
A PACE resolution, passed last month, gave context to the hearings which began yesterday in Strasbourg.
“In order to promote their patented drugs and vaccines against flu, pharmaceutical companies influenced scientists and official agencies, responsible for public health standards to alarm governments worldwide and make them squander tight health resources for inefficient vaccine strategies and needlessly expose millions of healthy people to the risk of an unknown amount of side-effects of insufficiently tested vaccines. The “bird-flu”-campaign (2005/06) combined with the “swine-flu”-campaign seem to have caused a great deal of damage not only to some vaccinated patients and to public health-budgets, but to the credibility and accountability of important international health-agencies.”
Heading the hearings will be chairman of the Health Committee of PACE, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, a former German lawmaker, a medical doctor and epidemiologist. Wodarg has referred to the swine flu pandemic as “one of the greatest medical scandals of the century.”
Wodarg charges that the WHO altered the definition of a pandemic from an outbreak in several continents at once with an above-average death rate, to one where the spread of the disease is constant.
The Parliamentary inquiry will determine if a “falsified pandemic” was declared by WHO in June 2009 on the advice of medical advisors, many of whom have close financial ties to the very pharmaceutical giants – GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, Novartis, – that produced the H1N1 vaccines.
It will also look into the controversy surrounding the fact that two shots were initially advised when it was later revealed that one dose was entirely suitable.
Pharmaceutical companies are thought to have made a profit of somewhere in the region of $7.5-$10 billion on H1N1 vaccines. The worldwide death toll from H1N1 is thought to be around 13,500, just over a third of the number who die from regular flu every year in the U.S. alone.

update – Obama and Democrats did officially decide to hold the final healthcare negotiations behind closed doors.
So the Obama Administration and Congressional Democrats continue to hold secret talks about the healthcare plans. If “the people” want this so bad, why does it need to be kept secret from us? Or is it one of those “we know what you need better than you do so we will do this against your will for your own good” situations?
According to The Washington Times, so far Congressional Democrats have
- passed the House version of the healthcare bill on a Saturday night
- held Senate vote on the bill at 1 am in the morning
- forced the passage of the bill on Christmas Eve
- prevented discussion in the House on any amendments to the bill (except the ones they added) and allowed 24 hours for study of the full text of the bill

On December 16, nine days before the patsy Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was delivered to the airport in Amsterdam by his handler, Congress decided to shuffle the law off into the New Year.
